DISCIPLESHIP
Discipleship is the lifelong journey (Phil. 3:12-14) of being conformed to the way of Jesus (Rom. 8:29) and living out faith active in love (Gal. 5:6, 14) by the working of the Holy Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23). At Movement, one-on-one discipleship is a commitment to a growth relationship with another Christian over a set time.
Discipleship is for all Christians at any point in their spiritual journey. We disciple and are discipled by one another as we speak to one another from Scripture.

BAPTISM
Baptism is a sacrament of the church and is a declaration of an individual’s repentance and faith in Christ as the believer participates in the death and resurrection of Jesus (Rom. 6:3-4). It is also a sign of an individual’s commitment to the local church as they seek to live out the life of faith among their brothers and sisters in Christ.
Anyone who has repented and believed and has not yet been baptized is called to this step of obedience (Acts 2:38).

SERVING
We serve because Jesus first serves us. We seek to be for others because Jesus was first for us. It is now that heart for others which compels us to serve others (Mt. 20:28).
We have opportunities to serve both those within Movement as well as those outside of Movement. If you have a gift, passion, or desire to help others, let us know and we’d love to find a way for you to serve!

GROUPS
Groups are smaller gatherings where we pray for one another, learn from Scripture, and encourage one another in our Christian life.
Anyone looking to be with others as they grow spiritually. Groups are there with and for you wherever you are in your spiritual life.
